Founded in 1999, The Chapel Choir of San Antonio (CCSA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and is a member of the Royal School of Church Music.
The RSCM originated in England in 1945, and now has over 8,000 affiliated choirs, 20% of them in the United States.
The Chapel Choir of San Antonio proudly carries on the RSCM (https://www.rscmamerica.org/) tradition of providing outstanding choral training and musical competency, providing a framework for choral singers to develop their vocal skills, musical understanding, and knowledge of diverse repertoire.
CCSA is comprised of area youth of diverse backgrounds, united in performance of choral music for ecumenical and interfaith services, community programs, concerts, and special celebrations.
CCSA is tuition-free, and open by audition to all youth ages 8 and up, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, creed, disability, or sexual orientation.
An audition can be scheduled at any time of year. Please check our Audition Tab for more information.
